REFUND POLICY

How advances and cancellations are handled.

This policy applies to advance payments made toward signed construction and EPC contracts with ShapeTech India Contractors.

Refunds for cancelled projects are assessed against work completed, materials procured, and site mobilisation costs incurred at the time of cancellation, as detailed in the individual project contract.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to shapetechindiarbl@gmail.com and are processed within 30 working days of contract termination review.
